Kasomor's Star Cassieopia

Kasomor's Stoeger By The Sea CGC, RN, W-FD/MF, Therapy Dog
Cassie is keeping her owners, the Park family, on their toes being a BUSY toller!

She has a taste for the finer things in life; escargot, garden herbs and, as evident by the crab leg hanging from her mouth, seafood! She is becoming a great camping dog and loves the outdoor life.

The whole family is involved in obedience classes with Cassie, while Kathy is training Cassie for some fun in the agility ring.
Kai, along with his owner Christie Canfield,
earned his Canine Good Companion title when he was just 4 months old!

Kai earns his first Musical Freestyle title in
May 2008 and his Rally Novice title, August 2008.

Kai passes the  Delta Society Therapy Dog evaluation and then the Carolina Canines for Therapy to become a double qualified Therapy/ Service Dog!
Kisses for Christie
Christie is keeping Kai busy with obedience, service dog training, field work, handling classes, Rally, etc... etc... I don't think these two sleep!

Kai is very social with dogs and people. Easy going, but lots of drive while working. With great attention to his handler, Christie, and focused on the task at hand. Kai likes cuddles and affection. He loves to play.

To see what fun Kai and Christie are up to today check out their

YouTube Videos and WebShots Album.

Christie is also the Public Education Coordinator for the NSDTRC (USA) therefore, is a great person to talk "toller" with.

For more information about Kai contact
Christie Canfield.
Iko, at 2 1/2 years old, stands 19 1/2" and weighs 48 lbs. Besides being an awesome working dog,  he looks great while doing it!

be  "demo dog" every work day!

Kasomor's New Monster Shoes WC RN CD

Kasomor's Chipperwill Chauncey
"Sully (Kasomor’s New Monster Shoes), formerly known as Bill, moved to his new home in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan on August 24/2010 to live with Shelly Campbell, Mark Antonini  and two new toller brothers.  He grew quickly and adorned himself in a beautiful coat of golden hair with his appearance strongly resembling a small (dancing) cinnamon bear!

In October, Sully and Shelly attended a puppy obedience class and continued to work on obedience and rally exercises at home and with friends at the local club building.  In March, Sully started a 12-week retriever class offered by the local Saskatoon Retriever Club.  We entered the Rally Novice ring at the beginning of May and he qualified with wonderful performances in each of the two entered trials.

We concentrated mostly on field through June and July and travelled to Calgary for the Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever Club of Canada’s National Specialty Show.   Sully entered his first-ever Novice Obedience class and qualified on the first day of competitive venues.  The following day he was entered in and qualified for his Working Certificate Title, culminating his wonderful weekend with a qualifying High In Class performance, obtaining his Rally Novice Title.  Two titles and an obedience qualification in one weekend! "

Chick Miller shares this about his boy Chauncey...

"Chauncey, now seven months old, has become the designated greeter in our family.

His exuberance for life and his unfailing optimism win friends easily.   He is our second Toller and he and his "sister", Charli,
get along beautifully.
It is difficult to imagine life without them.

Chauncey has been developing nicely and is a fast learner.
His one consistent job is to go down our driveway to retrieve our morning paper which he completes with great aplomb.
He goes everywhere with us and is an easy traveler.

He has been though basic obedience and is starting the beginning of field training.  We are hoping for a long and successful career in field work, hunting and any other pursuit in which he shows promise."

UPDATE! Dec. 2011
Chauncey currently has one AKC Junior Hunter pass and is experiencing his first upland and duck hunting season.

Chick and Chauncey ventured in to the show ring for the first time recently and has now  earned TWO 3 Point Majors!

STAY TUNED!
Owner Shelly Campbell took Sully to the cold land of Saskatchewan...

...it's pretty snowy there too!

"After enjoying down-time at the cabin in Northern Saskatchewan for a couple of months, Sully’s team started working on obedience again.  With Sully being such a happy and biddable dog, training has been unbelievably progressive.  Sully finished his Companion Dog obedience title with two HIC scores of 196 and 197.5, which qualified him as the Top Sporting Dog Overall of the Obedience Trials in Prince Albert, winning a nice monetary award.  He is already doing a fantastic job in the Open exercises and we expect he will, again, be successful in the obedience ring very soon.

Sully is an absolute joy to have around, with a loving cuddling side and a very spunky side.  Willing to go anywhere for the excitement of what it might bring and smiling the whole time !! "

"Kasomor’s Rip Tide Ruby was born to Tikka and Mick on March 4th, 2011 then she started her new life with owner, me, Shelley Phelan on April 29th.

In the early days of her new life Ruby lived with very big sister Kiana and a few other human members of the family.

Ruby grew and became a beautiful, calm
yet very driven young dog. "
"A few months in, Ruby and I took Puppy Kindergarten. Ruby excelled!  Next we took on a Pre-Novice class of obedience, and again she ran away with the class.

It won’t be long till we have our first title!

We have also started an Agility Foundation class. Although in agility a dog has to be 18 months to compete, Ruby is having a ball and is fearless! "
"Ruby is a sweet young thing.

She is totally devoted and always wishing to please.

The bond  Ruby and I have developed is so strong that the future can only hold great things!"
