Iko, Can/ AKC/ NSDTRC (USA) CH Westerlea's Hey Now AKC MH US WCX CKC WCX CD, is owned by Laura Hamilton.

Iko is from our first litter, CAN/AKC/NSDTRC(US)CH AKC OTCH CAN MOTCH Westerlea's Sir Edmund UDX4 OM1 MH US/CAN WCX VCX ROM x CH Westerlea's Kasomor Trio CDX WCX SH...or simply ... Eddy x Trio .

He earned his AKC Junior Hunter title at 13 months of age in of May 2006.

Iko then went on to earn his AKC Senior Hunter in September 2006 at 17 months of age.

Despite living in the USA and showing rarely in Canada, he earned his Canadian Conformation Championship with two 3 point wins and a final 4 point Best of Breed win. My daughter, Katie, was Iko's Canadian "Handler." Finishing up the year, Iko earned his NSDTRC (USA) Working Certificate Intermediate title.

At the 2007 Canadian National Specialty Iko was one of only 4 tollers to earn his CKC WCX. He went on to win the Gun Dog class at the 2007 American NSDTRC (USA) National Specialty!

Iko finished his AKC Championship In March 2008, with Laura on the other end of the lead for all his AKC points.

Iko earns two passes towards his Master Hunter title and one UKC Finished pass in May 2009. He completes his AKC MASTER HUNTER TITLE in July 2009. Iko joined an elite handful of tollers who have competed and titled at this level.

Iko won the Fair Dinkum Toller Award at the NSDTRCC 2013 National Specialty held in Halifax Nova Scotia. This much coveted award is for the toller who is successful in the field event, show ring and obedience trial held at the National Specialty. Iko passed the Working Certificate Excellent test, won the Veterans Class and passed in Novice obedience. Additionally, in obedience, he was High Toller In Trial with a score of 197! Iko's half sister, Tikka, qualified for the Fair Dinkum Toller Award at the 2009 National held in Ontario... so working ability along with correct conformation are in the family for sure!!

Along with Iko's solid working abilities, he has a laid back, loving, yet goofy personality. I've had him as a guest a number of times in my home as an adult and he was a complete gentleman while here. He has a rock solid stable temperament with people and with other dogs.

Iko currently lives in Washington DC with Laura and her two other tollers . He is the sire to a litter of 8 puppies via frozen semen and has sired puppies naturally as well.
